Jarred Pfeiffer will demonstrate how he creates his large fermenting vessels. He will demonstrate the coil throwing method which is styled after the Korean Onggi method. Demo 1:30-3:30. Participants will then assist Jarred in chopping and mixing for kimchi. They will then pack the fermenting jar and let it sit. Everyone is asked back Friday December 21st to unpack the kimchi and take home a batch that they helped create.
